Rohit Kapur
Managing Partner
After a successful career in military aviation, Rohit transitioned to business aviation in 2003, quickly making his mark in the industry. After taking up challenging CXO roles in Punj Lloyd Aviation and Indocopters, in 2010, Rohit founded Arrow Aircraft Sales and Charters, leading sales for brands like Gulfstream and HondaJet across India.
He also co-founded the Business Aircraft Operators Association and served as its President until 2019. In 2020, Rohit moved to Dubai as President for Sales at a reputed international aircraft brokerage company, focusing on international aircraft transactions.
This experience led to the creation of The Jet Company in 2024, expanding his expertise across the Middle East, India and Southeast Asia. A Harvard Business School alumnus, Rohit enjoys time on the golf course and reading about world affairs and autobiographies, which influence his global perspective and leadership approach.

Aman Kapur
Partner
As the son of Rohit Kapur, Aman was immersed in aviation from a young age. His passion for flying led him to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned his Private Pilot License, along with a degree in Business Aviation.
After graduation in 2013, Aman began his professional career when he joined KPMG India, working in enhanced due diligence and financial advisory, and developing valuable skills in risk assessment and analytics. Wanting to further his education, Aman moved backed to the US in 2016, where he completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship at Babson College. In 2019, Aman relocated to Dubai, where he joined a reputed international aircraft brokerage firm. Initially supporting both the EMEA & APAC sales teams, Aman established himself through his work in aircraft valuations, market research and business development.
His expertise quickly earned him the position of Sales Director, where he successfully managed the company’s sales operations across India and Southeast Asia. In 2024, Aman co-founded The Jet Company, bringing together his expertise in aviation, finance, and entrepreneurship with the goal of offering consulting and aircraft transaction services with a unique blend of his local-global perspective.
